The way the birds of prey are used is simple, by flying the falcon or hawk around the infested areas it will inevitably scare away the bird pests, as pigeons, magpies, gulls, crows and other species of birds are their natural prey.

By continuously flying these birds around the infested area it will teach the bird pests that the area is unsafe, therefore moving them to another area.

This method will take several visits but is considered a more humane method.

Common areas in which these methods would be effective are stadiums, airports, universities, court yards and building sites.
